This coffee from the prestigious Elida farm, produced by the Lamastus family in Boquete, is a Catuai worked in natural Anaerobic Slow Dry process.

The cherries, fermented in airtight tanks without oxygen, then undergo slow and prolonged drying, allowing optimal aromatic maturation and great complexity in the cup.

A clear and elegant cup, marked by the vivid acidity of blackcurrant and pomegranate. Touches of white flowers bring finesse and freshness, for a delicate and fruity coffee.
