TANAT Ethiopia – Alo [ZFWA]

Grown in the village of Alo, in the heart of the mountainous region of Bensa (Sidama, Ethiopia), this coffee comes from the main resort of Alo, located between 2,400 and 2,550 meters above sea level.

After harvest, only the densest and perfectly ripe cherries are selected. They are then depulated and washed mechanically, without a traditional fermentation phase, a technical choice that highlights the clarity and aromatic finesse of the coffee.

In the cup, the profile is delicate and of great aromatic transparency. The zesty freshness of the lemon opens the tasting, followed by a refined note of sencha tea, before a sweet and fruity finish of white peach.
