Finca Ecológica Agua Colorada is a seven-hectare farm run by Gilmer Mejia, whose family has been growing coffee here since the early 1990s. Planted with Caturra and other traditional varieties, the farm is managed with a clear focus on quality, biodiversity, and long-term sustainability.

Only fully ripe cherries are selectively hand-picked, while native shade trees create the ideal conditions for slow, even ripening. Compost and guano enrich the soil naturally, and herbicides have no place on the farm.
