Weight: 200gr - OMNI roast

Tasting notes:Blackcurrant liqueur - Black cherry - Cocoa liqueur

Produced on the legendary Elida plantation, in the heart of the Volcan Baru National Park, our Catuai 1304 batch comes from an ASD process, a strong anaerobic fermentation followed by very slow drying on African beds.

In the cup, it's an explosion of intense, indulgent flavor. The tasting opens with deep notes of blackcurrant liqueur and juicy black cherries, quickly joined by an intense and rich texture of cocoa liqueur. A complex, vibrant, and fruity cup.
