A Colombian filter signed Wilton Benitez, from the mythical Granja Paraiso 92, in the Valle Del Cauca. Here, pink bourbon is worked with an experimental approach, especially with the washed controlled fermentation that pushes the aromatic expression while maintaining a clear and precise balance in the cup.

In filter, the profile opens on a very expressive lavender, then reveals a fruity sensation reminiscent of blackberry and raspberry, slightly acidic, before stretching on a very refreshing touch of mint. A definitely intense cup.
