The couple processes their coffee at the wet mill belonging to Adaly’s father. He has a wet mill with a depulper, cement tanks for fermentation, and a cement patio for drying. The name Tajumuco comes from the town located near the finca. “We are trying to improve the crop and have great quality to offer for sale. This parcel of land is new just like our marriage, and we are demonstrating that we can work together as a couple to administer it.”
