The farm aims to be versatile and excel in all areas, from bean selection to respect for fermentation processes. This attention to detail and the quest for new sensations in the cup have given rise to innovative techniques such as Culturing. Mostly based on the rigor and knowledge of the grower, this method gives rise to coffees transformed by research.
