Honey brings a satiny, floral sweetness. Very quickly, this satiny sweetness is taken by grapefruit, infusing a vibrant freshness, with a slight bitterness structuring the whole. Then finally comes the passion fruit, bright and juicy, lingering to deliver a well-integrated tropical acidity.
